- Wear your favourite outfit. You know the one that always gets compliments & makes you feel great?
- Create a mood boosting playlist. Enjoy scrolling through your favourite artists to get the best selection, when you’re happy with your masterpiece, send it to a mate for a virtual dance-along
- Tick off a few easy wins. You know those tasks that are so basic you wouldn’t normally write them on your to do list? Well, todays different, write them down even if it’s just to tick them off
- Send a nice email. Maybe someone has been extra helpful recently, or it could be to someone you don’t work with but admire. Imagine how lovely that would be to receive out of the blue?!
